Easy Stress Busters!
I just want to post this topic I read...feeling ko kase medyo stress na kami sa preps!

If wedding-planning tension builds, decompress with these activities for two:

1. Go outside for a brisk walk or jog together.

2. Reward yourselves every few weeks with a romantic dinner at your favorite restaurant.

3. Pamper yourselves. Visit a SPA in your area for a couples massage, or reserve a night at home for snuggling in front of the TV.

4. Dispense (and receive) hugs freely. They're proven stress relievers!

5. Get lost. A weekend away ---where you focus on the two of you rather than the big-day details -- is a great refresher.
